The Ring of Fire started as a weekly syndicated radio show in 2004 for the purpose of exposing Wall Street thugs, environmental criminality, corporate media failure, and political backstories rarely found in the mainstream media.
Since its formation, The Ring of Fire has expanded into a multi-media network for the latest Progressive news, commentary, and analysis. Mike Papantonio, Farron Cousins, Sam Seder, and David Pakman host broadcasts, news stories, and video content.
The Ring of Fire was formed and has been funded by Mike Papantonio. The listed author on each broadcast, news story, and video is solely responsible for their content. There is no independent editorial board that reviews the content. Instead, any complaints or requests for correction should be emailed to Scott Millican, the editor of The Ring of Fire, at info@theringoffire.com. If edits or corrections need to be made to a story, the corrections will be made immediately on the site with a written response to the person requesting the correction.
