Mike Papantonio: We said a couple of weeks ago that we were going to talk about these people, nothing drives me crazier than people making predictions and standing just so firmly behind this is what’s going to happen. I know. I’m the expert. And I never can think of the little professor’s name that says he called the last.

Farron Cousins: Oh, Lichtman.

Mike Papantonio: Lichtman, the little professor I call him. Where he says he has a way to, and he was so unequivocal, this is going to happen. These are my 13 points. And by God, he’s on every talk show and Lichtman this.

Farron Cousins: And they teased it out for about a month before he publicly made the prediction. Any day now, Lichtman’s coming out with it, and you’re wrong.

Mike Papantonio: Well, not only wrong, if you watch the video of him watching the votes come in, it is painful. The poor son of a is sitting, my God, how could I have been so wrong? But there was a whole list of ’em and to me, I think to let these people just say what they say and everybody reacts to it and it was like some of the polls that were done were so crazy wrong. And so I look at this list, Hasan with MSNBC, Republicans are going to regret the distorted image of Biden. He’s fine. He’s as healthy as he can be. There’s nothing wrong with him. Joe Scarborough, Biden is fit and trim. He’s a perfect candidate. What are y’all talking about? Mika Brzezinski, 15 minute monologue defending Biden. There’s nothing wrong with this guy. Jen Psaki, I could go on forever and I think what we do is we listen to it and then we forget about it. We forget how wrong they were without ever thinking, okay, we’re going to listen to them again and they’re going to say something like that again. And can I put any trust in what they’re saying? What is your take on it?

Farron Cousins: Everybody in the media, you and I included, have gotten things wrong.

Mike Papantonio: You think, have we?

Farron Cousins: Even I, prior to that debate had said, is Biden slowing way down in his old age? Absolutely. Do I think he has dementia? No, I don’t.

Mike Papantonio: But I did. We were on the same show and I said, I think he’s senile, has dementia. We talked about it.

Farron Cousins: But then after the debate, I said, I cannot defend this. This is no longer, in my opinion, a slowing down. There’s something wrong. But I did come out and I admitted and I said, listen, I had said this, then I see this clear as day. So now here’s where I am.

Mike Papantonio: I was on the show with you and I’ve always thought the guy’s a demented senile old guy and then when we did it, we got so much criticism from these Democrats who can’t stand to hear anything they disagree with. There’s something wrong with their brain. I can’t hear something I disagree with. But we did show after show saying, get rid of the guy. Make your move Democrats. Make your move with a new candidate.

Farron Cousins: Hold a real primary.

Mike Papantonio: A real primary.

Farron Cousins: Even though with an incumbent, it’s not customary. But still we need it because, hey, he ran on the campaign of, I’ll leave after the first term.

Mike Papantonio: These are just a few of the names that come up when I think about these people that just, yeah, I said that and then I was so wrong. There’s no apology. There’s no excuse. It’s just I was wrong. But they still want that same viewer to listen to them again and put stock in what they say and I just think it’s a mistake. It’s like the definition of insanity, isn’t it?
