Ben Domenech, the husband of Meghan McCain and publisher of The Federalist, has broken labor laws by sending out a tweet last summer when he threatened any employees who attempt to unionize. This ruling was handed down by a judge on the National Labor Relations Board, and Domenech will now have to post signs around the office saying that he broke the law by threatening his own employees.
