Fox News submitted a 70+ page legal filing this week seeking to dismiss a lawsuit against the network for downplaying the risks of the Coronavirus. Ironically, the network attempted to argue in their filing that the 1st Amendment gives them the right to lie to the public. While this is technically true, it would have been smarter for the network to not try to justify their false information, as Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains.
