Jerry Falwell, Jr. announced on Wednesday that he had secured a warrant to arrest two reporters for allegedly trespassing on his campus. But Falwell forgot that a warrant can only come from a judge, and not a single judge signed off on his bogus warrants – They came from his privately-employed campus police, which makes the warrants completely unenforceable.
