The U.S. Preventive Services Task Force has recommended that the government institute a program to require doctors to drug test all of their patients for illegal drug use, and turn them over to authorities if they test positive. This is a massive violation of our rights and our privacy, and a very obvious violation of HIPPA laws protecting patients.
