According to a class action lawsuit, some of the most popular brands of Parmesan cheese contain huge amounts of wood pulp as a “filler,” even though they are marketed as 100% cheese. No one wants to sit down to a dinner packed with wood chips, but unfortunately many people are doing that on a daily basis.
