As more and more details emerge about Amazon’s sweetheart deal in New York it becomes even more clear that this was a horrible decision. New reports show that the site for Amazon’s HQ2 was previously marked as the location of a new affordable housing unit for 1,500 needy people and families. Now, they’ll have to find somewhere else to go as Amazon takes both their location and the tax dollars that could have helped so many in the New York area.
