Over the weekend, Representative-elect Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez tweeted out a link for young Americans to become involved in politics, telling them to challenge their members of Congress to reject fossil fuel money and act to protect the planet from climate change. If they refuse, then they may need to be primaries. The suggestions are sending chills down the spines of establishment Democrats, but this kind of bold action is exactly what this country needs now.
