Finally, tonight some good news. A Florida judge ruled the election office supervising the race between Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and Tim Canova illegally destroyed voting ballots. The case began after Tim Canova requested a review of the votes to ensure that no foul play was committed against his campaign, but the elections office decided to ignore his request. Canova then filed a lawsuit. It was later revealed that the election supervisor gave her authority to intentionally destroy the ballots even though the lawsuit was pending. As a result, the judge ordered the elections office to pay for all of Tim Canova’s attorneys’ fees, and said the supervisor involved may have to leave her position. Let’s hope so.
It may never be known if the elections were tampered with, but one thing is for sure: DNC, your conduct again looks pretty sketchy, and that’s even after what you did to Bernie Sanders.
