In this Majority Report clip, Libertarian VP candidate Bill Weld appears on Rachel Maddow’s show to “vouch for Mrs. Clinton,” a statement he makes in direct response to a question from Maddow wherein she expresses her her disbelief that he would encourage voters in swing states to increase the chance of a Trump presidency by voting Libertarian.
