In this Majority Report clip, we listen to Rush Limbaugh’s radio show for about 60 seconds, and in about 15 of those seconds he claims that the Clinton Foundation’s pass-through rate is 5 percent. It’s even less than the (marginally higher) number that Mike Pence claimed during the VP debate, and neither number is even remotely true.
