In this Majority Report clip, a writer for the “Press Democrat,” a Sonoma County, Napa County, and wine country newspaper basically harasses 49ers Coach Chip Kelly during a press conference, saying that Colin Kaepernick “takes over the room” at inappropriate times. Kelly doesn’t agree, but the reporter won’t take no for an answer.
