Tempers are flared. Hopes are crushed. Others remain defiant.

This is the progressive movement days after Hillary Clinton clinched the nomination and received endorsements from the president, vice president, and noted progressive Senator Elizabeth Warren. Senator Sanders may be staying in the race, but he has made it clear that he no longer sees a path to the presidency.

This puts progressive media in a tight spot, not sure how to navigate this shift and find a balance between frustrated Sanders supporters and smug Clinton lovers.

So we can only do what we have always tried to do: give you the facts, as best as we can.

As we always have, we will hold accountable those who represent us in government, Democrat and Republican, and we will continue to pursue progressive values at every turn.
