On Fox News, Thursday, the political pundits discussed the 2016 presidential race and what the most likely matchup would be for the general election. When they landed on Bernie Sanders, Meghan McCain said that Bernie was a “cult leader” and his supporters were “cult followers.”

Republicans are afraid of Bernie Sanders because though they are terrified of what he represents, he has not yet given them enough ammo to attack him personally in a way that makes them feel they’ve got the upper hand. At this point, all the GOP-ers can do is attack Bernie’s entire movement, shouting “Socialism” at the top of their lungs.

Thanks to Ms. McCain here, Republicans have now found a new little talking point for the Sanders campaign.
