If there was ever a more stark instance of black lives not mattering, you would be challenged to find it. An officer in Georgia, while responding to a domestic violence call, bound both the hands and feet of a bipolar black man. He then proceeded to tase the man to death.
The officer’s punishment: one month in prison, to be served on weekends.
