During Tuesday night’s debate, Ted Cruz made it abundantly clear how much of an idiot he really is. While discussing the branches of government that Cruz believes should be eliminated, Cruz, in a moment very reminiscent of Rick Perry’s gaffe, could not remember the names of all the agencies he wants to get rid of.
Later, while being interviewed by Fox News’ Megyn Kelly, Cruz tried to address his failure to name the agencies.
“I just think the Department of Commerce is such a base of cronyism, we need to eliminate it twice,” he said. He also noted that he meant to list the Department of Education.
“I have been campaigning for a long time on repealing Common Core, abolishing the Department of Education, and granting that money back to the states so education can be handled on the state and local level,” he said.
