During Tuesday night’s GOP debate on Fox Business, presidential hopeful Carly Fiorina focused completely on drawing a clear distinction between herself and Hillary Clinton and attempting to communicate the imperative nature of not electing the former Secretary of State, winning the heart of every Fox News pundit and viewer.
Expressing a passion not seen in her other talking points, Fiorina has shown in past debates that she consistently feels pressure to measure up and surpass the hype surrounding Hillary Clinton. Referring to herself in the first person, Fiorina spent her last moments of Tuesday’s debate with a call to action:
“Carly Fiorina can beat Hillary Clinton. I will beat Hillary Clinton, and under a president Fiorina, we will restore the character of this nation, the security of this nation, the prosperity of this nation because as citizens, we will take our government back.”
If Fiorina keeps this up, she may go the way of Sarah Palin and secure herself a cozy spot on Fox News.
