New Hampshire is definitely Feeling the Bern. Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton spoke to a crowd of approximately 600 people at the University of New Hampshire. Two days later, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) drew a crowd of 3,000 to the same venue.
“You may not know this, but what you’re part of tonight is the largest turnout for any presidential candidate in New Hampshire,” said Sanders. “It sounds to me like you are ready to transform America.”
Sanders’ continues to beat out the other candidates in both attendees and enthusiasm. For example, Sanders earned 45,000 Twitter followers during the second GOP debate. The most successful Republican candidate, in that regard, only earned 28,000.
Feel the Bern.
