BP released their assessment of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion, and in their report, they stated that no single failure could be blamed, but rather the explosion was the result of numerous failures from numerous companies. As Mike Papantonio points out to Laura Flanders on GRITtv, this is just their way of spreading blame and cleanup costs.
